To assist your auscultation skill, a handy phonocardiogram was developed using a smartphone and a special external microphone.
Appropriate microphones are
i-microphone for voice, EDUTIGE EMI-001.

Usages: The external microphone (REX-UDMCMIC, Ratoc Systems, Japan) was used to directly record the heart sounds and murmurs. The microphone could pick up the sounds. Or, you should make an plastc adapter to connect a stethoscope to a microphone.
The app has 3 buttons, to record, to replay the sounds and to playback recorded files. The recording time is set 3 or 9 seconds. The sound file is saved with a file number, ex "HSM001.wav", in a subfolder "HeartSoundsMonitor". You may be able to see, sound and delete those files with any file managers. The playback button can replay a sound file by setting a file number.

注： 他の5種類のマイクを試しましたが、心音をとらえることができませんでした。高価なマイクロホンであってもダメでした。
プライバシー ポリシー
このアプリは携帯端末本体固有の情報（電話番号やメール、予定など）にはアクセスしませんが、端末本体に
フォルダ「HeartSoundsMonitor」を作成します。ファイル名には番号が付きますが、
同一ファイル番号の場合には上書きされます。
このアプリにはファイルの削除機能はありません。フォルダおよびファイルの削除には、ファイルマネージャやコマンダーなどを使って下さい。
準備： 外部マイク
RATOC System Inc. REX-UDMCMIC1 を取り付ける
Step 1: マイクを聴診部位にあて、Recordボタンをクリック（予め、3秒間か9秒間を選択）。
Step 2: Playback the sound で再生
Step 3: Playback the file
オプションとして、file識別番号の、波形の増幅度、ノイズフィルタの強度、カットする音の閾値を設定.
